if work has started, refunds are not guaranteed because time and production are already spent.

if the project hasn’t started yet, refunds may be possible minus payment processor fees.

digital goods

digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered/accessed.

physical goods

if an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and order details. we’ll resolve it case-by-case.

we ship physical items when available.

estimated processing time and shipping time depend on the item and destination.
